You can request a refund for on-going SEO services (Small Town package, Big Town package, Small City package) up to 15 calendar days after your purchase, or 7 calendar days after delivery of your Competitor Analysis, whichever is longer.

We do all we can to provide your Competitor Analysis within 7 days of your purchase, but give you enough time to review the analysis and request a refund if we don’t.

We don’t offer a refund for our Google Profile Setup.

Please send refund requests to our support ticket system using tickets@seo-oregon.p.tawk.email. We’ll process your request within 7 days or update you on any delay if we’re not able to process your request in that time.
